FDA Warning Letters — Official enforcement actions from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (fda.gov)
FDA Recall Database — Product recalls via the openFDA API (open.fda.gov)
FDA Adverse Event Reports (CAERS) — Consumer-reported adverse events (open.fda.gov)
NSF Certified Products — Third-party testing and certification database (nsf.org)
USP Verified Products — United States Pharmacopeia verification program (usp.org)
Informed Sport/Choice — Banned substance testing for athletes (informed-sport.com)

Scoring Algorithm

Every brand starts with a baseline score of 70 out of 100.
